ORANGEBURG, N.Y. – The Caldwell University volleyball team lost a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference match to Dominican College, 25-17, 25-23, 25-22 Wednesday night in the Hennessy Center. The Cougars fall to 6-6 overall and 2-1 in the conference with the loss, while the Lady Chargers improve to 6-0, 3-0 CACC.

Athena Nestoras (Los Angeles, CA/St. Monica) led Caldwell with eight kills, eight assists and 12 digs, while senior right side
Erica Harrell (Richardson, TX/Plano East) and freshman outside hitter
Taryn Auyong (Honolulu, HI/Kamehameha) each had six kills. Freshman setter
Gabrielle Bennett (San Antonio, TX/Johnson) finished with 11 assists and 10 digs, and libero
Jaclyn Del Cid (Bogota, NJ/Bogota) registered 16 digs. Mackenzie John led Dominican with 21 kills and 11 digs.
The Cougars return to action on Saturday, Sept. 27 with a CACC match at Goldey-Beacom College. The first serve is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. in Wilmington, Del.
